David Hornick, born on November 1, 1939, passed away on November 1, 1939 in The Villages, Florida, United States. He was the beloved son of George Hornick Sr and Frances Allison Hornick. David was the loving spouse of Marlene Gibbs Hornick, with whom he was married for 62 years. Together, they were blessed with one daughter, Laura Hornick.

He was preceded in death by his mother Frances Allison Hornick, father George Hornick Seniorbrother George Hornick Jr and his sister Norma Jean Hornick Keyser

He is survived by many nieces and nephews his sister-in-laws Nancy Hornick, Paula Pinney and her husband Blaine Pinney

David attended Bowling Green University for four years and received a BS in marketing he attended Bowling Green on a full baseball scholarship. He loved playing basketball and had many stories about his time spent playing, and and with some very famous people we all love to hear these stories they will be greatly missed

Upon his graduation, he moved to Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, where he built his home of over 40 years with his wife, Marlene.

David was very proud to call himself a devoted practicing Catholic. He attended church every single week with his wife of 62 years Marlene and they would go to their special place to have brunch after church. He was a member of Saint Louise de Marilac in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a member of Saint Timothy‘s in Lady Lake, Florida. He had a very strong connection to the church

David loved his home in the Villages and his most satisfying thing to do was be with his beloved dogs Lola, deceased Tallulah, Stella and Lucy they will deeply grieve his loss

David was a hardworking individual who dedicated himself to his career. He was the owner of Hornick Business Forms, where he poured his passion and expertise into his work.

David will always be remembered for his kind heart, unwavering dedication to his family, and his strong work ethic. He leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment that will be cherished by all who knew him.
