David Claude “Knuckles” Atherton, age 64, passed away peacefully, on July 21, 2024.

Dave is loved by his five children, David (Anne) Atherton, Harley Atherton, Dakota Pantel, Amanda (Clark) Diaz and Adam Diaz. He has ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by his parents, David Atherton and Ruth Thomas, as well as a sister, Debra Atherton and two brothers, Greg (Keli) Atherton and Mike Newton. 

Dave was a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast and treasured his biker family and friends. 

A celebration of life will be held, at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel, 43300 W. Twelve Mile Road, Novi, MI 48377, on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 11:30 AM.
