David Payne, born on August 7, 1970, in Wheatland, Missouri, passed away on February 25, 2026. He was the beloved son of Timothy and Linda Payne. Leaving behind is his sister Melissa Kolath who has 5 children. His sister Patricia Boyer proceeds him in death in 2014.

David was a proud graduate of Blue Springs High School, class of 1989. After completing his education, he went on to pursue a successful career as the Owner of KolathLLC.

David was known for his love of fishing and hunting, spending countless hours in nature pursuing his hobbies. He had a true passion for the great outdoors and enjoyed sharing his experiences with friends and family.

Although David did not have any children of his own, he was a cherished son, brother, and friend to many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rest in peace, David Payne. Your spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved you.

There will be a special gathering at his house on March 1, 2026 at 2 pm. He will have a special celebration of life in July 2026 to celebrate his life at that time.
