Dave Ray Cottam, 67, passed on July 30, 2020 From natural causes in the comfort of his wife's arms. He was born to Robert and Patrica on November 19, 1952.

She married Lucille in 29 and they lived together in Spanish Fork, Utah. Together they raised 4 children Bianca (Brandon), Roger (Alex), . She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

He loved to hunt and fish he will hopefully continue that in the other life.

funeral will be 08/06/2021 @12pm at legacy funeral home in Spanish fork. Viewing will be before that starting at 9am.
