Daryn Alexander Hill, 52, entered eternal rest on April 12, 2025. Daryn was born in Springfield, MA on January 29, 1973. He was the second son of Lonnie Lee Hill, Sr. and Neta McMillan Maddox. Daryn attended Springfield schools, including Forest Park Middle School, and Putnam Vocational Technical Academy. He went on to graduate from Branford Hall Career Institute in 2004, earning a certification in Computer and Information Sciences. Daryn had many hobbies, such as kite flying, bike riding, and gardening, and he often turned his hobbies into charitable and financial endeavors. Daryn participated in long distance bicycle rides to raise funds for charities, and then became a "Pedi-Cab" rider for local events in MA and CT. He later transformed his love for gardening into his own landscaping business, "Hill Landscaping". Daryn loved the Lord, and he was a beloved member of the Miracle Upper Room Center in Ludlow, MA. He was also a member of the Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church in Springfield, MA for many years. Music was a passion for Daryn, and he was a talented keyboard player. He also loved to sing, especially if it was a good gospel song. His beautiful voice, his jokes, and his charismatic nature are what will be missed the most. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Lee Hill, Sr., his brothers Lonnie Lee Hill, Jr. and Clifford Allen Hill, and his nephew, Lonnie Lee Hill, III. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife Tina Drayton Hill, his daughters Naomi Hill and Ebony Brodie, his son in love Isaiah King, his loving mother Neta Maddox (Nathaniel), sisters Malissa Maddox, Clarice Maddox, Taneysha Walker, and Jessica Maddox, brothers Eugene Bluford and Marcel Maddox, granddaughter Emory Brodie, a host of nieces and nephews with whom he had much fun and laughter, and many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. He will also be fondly remembered by close friends Nadiyah King, and Frankie Drayton. Daryn will be greatly and deeply missed.
