He was born on October 14, 1946 in Fremont, OH to Lowell and Lucille (Stein) Blausey. On June 5, 1971, he married Lois Linkey in Woodville. He was the owner and operator of Daryl Blausey Excavating and retired in 2006. His memberships included: Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gibsonburg and S.C.R.A.P.In his spare time, he enjoyed restoring antique tractors, having and setting up model trains and making his own wine. Daryl served his country proudly while enlisted in the United State Army and was honorably discharged in 1967.Daryl is survived by his wife: Lois, son: Matthew (Charity Lorenzen) Blausey of Bowling Green, 3 grandchildren: Christopher, Nathan and Noah, brothers: David (Mary Lou) Blausey of Gibsonburg, Jim (Sandy) Blausey of Cygnet and sister-in-law: Mayu Blausey of Japan. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother: Gary Blausey.Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 2-8 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home, 201 W. Main Street, Woodville, OH where funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11 AM. Officiating will be Rev. Blair Miller. Interment will be in Westwood Cemetery, Woodville.
