Darrell Watson was born on January 29, 1971 in Los Angeles, California to parents Robert Swanson and Mattiel Brooks. He passed away on March 9, 2024 at the age of 53.

Darrell leaves behind to cherish his memories Damiesha Watson; two grand children Kelsey Dotson and Gunnar Dotson. His loving mother Mattiel Brooks; four brothers, Efference Gordon, Jeremy Childs, Robert Swanson II, Christopher Swanson. Stepfather Robert Swanson I; Stepmother, Helen Gordon.

Darrell was a loving father to his daughter Damiesha Watson. He was also a proud grandfather to two grandchildren.

Darrell grew up in Los Angeles and attended Manuel Arts High School. He was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, and love for his family.

Throughout his life, Darrell touched the lives of many with his generosity and willingness to help others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
