We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Darrell Dieterich on January 20, 2025. Darrell was born on September 26, 1955 in St Louis, Missouri to Delmar and Vernice Meinhardt Dieterich.
Darrell is survived by his six children: Jay, Fawnia, Tabitha, Callista Diaz (spouse Juan Diaz), Samuel Sizemore-Dieterich (spouse Elizabeth Baughman), and Caleb (Sharon Hanson). He was also a loving grandfather to eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Darrell attended Missouri School for the Deaf high school and later went on to work at the United States Postal Service, retiring in 2009 and then on to Brightview Landscaping for over ten years. Outside of work, Darrell had a passion for watching the Chiefs, cars, crafts, being with his friends and family and being a member of the deaf community.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who knew him. May he rest in peace.

Details: We will have a celebration of life in honor of our dad. We will serve refreshments following the service. Please feel free to bring dessert dishes to share along with memories.
