We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Darlene Pugh, who was born on July 15, 1936, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. She peacefully passed away on February 11, 2025.

Darlene was the beloved daughter of Ernest Wise and Lillian West. She shared her life with her partner, Paul Pugh for over 60 years and together they raised four children: Bobbie Bell, Cindy Holmes, Brenda Hodges, and Selene Johnson.

Throughout her life, Darlene worked tirelessly as a Cook until her retirement. She was known for her dedication and hard work and great food.

Aside from her professional life, Darlene had a passion for cooking. She spent countless hours in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family and friends.

Darlene leaves behind a loving family, 4 daughters, 9 cherished grandchildren, 13 great granchildren and 5 great, great grandren, 4 sisters as well as a host of family, friends and colleagues who will miss her dearly.

Rest in peace, Darlene. Your memory will forever be in our hearts.
