We are saddened to announce the passing of Danny Lacy, who left this world on August 5, 2024 in Newark, New Jersey at the age of 72. He was born on June 19, 1952 to his parents Malcolm Lacy and Teresa Williams.

Danny is survived by his loving spouse Leona Lacy, whom he married in the year 20. Together, they raised four wonderful children: Timothy, Anthony, Nieveins, and Toya. Danny was also a proud grandfather to five grandchildren.

Danny was known for his quick wit and sense of humor, always ready with a joke to lighten the mood. He had a contagious laugh that could brighten anyone's day. Danny had a passion for life and lived it to the fullest, always making the most of every moment.

Unfortunately, Danny's battle with cancer came to an end, but his spirit will live on in the memories of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but they take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace.
