Daniel was one of the most caring individuals to know. He was a member of Pleast Grove Baptist Church and served his country in the United States Marines. Daniel is survived by his wife Mrs. Barbara Burton of Athens, GA, his two sons: Desmond Burton, and Donnie Burton both of Albany, GA, his daughter Monique Burton of Albany, GA, his brother Danny Burton of Athens, GA, a host of neices and nephews and numerous friends. Daniel will be remembered for his will to help others and most importantly being a great father and husband.
