Daniel Landis , 73, of Newport (Tennessee), Tennessee, passed on June 19, 2023. Daniel was born on April 04, 1950. Daniel is survived by his daughter Michelle Derrick and son Jeff Landis two loving granddaughters Bryanna and Erica Derrick , two great grandchildren , long time friend and partner Laura Rogers. Daniel was born in Bedford , Virginia . He graduated from Jefferson High School in Roanoke . From there he went on to have a successful career in contracting in Newport Tennessee .
