On March 18, 2018, the angels came and carried away the spirit of Daniel Earl Phillips, affectionately known as "Dan Tanner." He was born October 29, 1974, to the late Moses Phillips and Lora Lee Williams in Oxford, MS. He was graduate of Oxford High School class of 1991.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother: Lora Lee Phillips of Oxford, MS, his children: DanEisha DyWanna Phillips, ShyDrika My`Angel Phillips of Taylor, MS, and Daniel Earl Phillips Junior, of Pontotoc, MS.
