It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Damoris Stevenson, who left this world on June 9, 2025, in Tempe, Arizona. Born on February 7, 2004, Damoris brought love and light to all who knew him.

Damoris was a graduate of Tempe High School and continued his studies at Arizona State University. He excelled in academics and sports, eventually becoming a Professional College Football Player. Off the field, Damoris dedicated his time to helping others through his work with the Barrio Nuevo organization.

He married his beloved spouse, Mary Higgins-Stevenson, in 2022. Together, they shared a deep love for each other and for their community. Although they did not have children of their own, Damoris cherished his family( Mother Odressa Levings, Father Damon Stevenson, Brother Dave Stevenson, Sister Damonique Stevenson) and friends, always finding joy in spending time with them.

With a passion for football, basketball, dancing, and skateboarding, Damoris lived life to the fullest. He also enjoyed traveling, feeding the homeless, and making memories with loved ones. His spirit and energy were infectious, bringing smiles to all who crossed his path.

Tragically, Damoris was taken from us too soon, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
