Cynthia Wesolowski-Carstensen, 49 of Prescott Valley, formally Burbank, Illinois passed away suddenly on September 24th, 2015. She is survived by her husband David and son Richard of Prescott Valley, mother Judith of Joliet, IL,  2 brothers, Gary(Brenda) of Montreal, WI and Keith(Gretchen) of Joliet, IL, many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. She is proceeded in death by her father Jerome and her grandparents. A private memorial service and creamation were held in Prescott Valley on October 2nd, and a photo memorial is being held on October 24th in Joliet with her family members and friends in Illinois.
