Cynthia Corinne Cory, 81Muncie - Cynthia Corinne Cory, 81, Muncie, died peacefully at her home on June 13, 2017. She was born on January 19th, 1936 in Buffalo, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husband Forrest Ray Cory and her parents, Clifford and Iva Sanders, and a brother Lewis Sanders (wife Barbara survives). Corinne was a lifelong homemaker, arts and craft guru, baker, and was devoted to her husband and family. Living most of her life in Montgomery County, Indiana, she had moved to Muncie in 2007 after her husband passed to be closer to family, making a whole new set of dear friends. Surviving are daughter Janine (Charles) Routh of Muncie, and son Mark (Jill) Cory of Monroe, NC. Also, brothers Frank (Ruth) Sanders and Ron (Sherrie) Sanders and sister Juana (John) Sage.  Grandchildren are Christopher (Krystal) Routh, Matthew (Stephanie) Routh, Elizabeth Routh, Luke (Jessica) Cory, Forrest Cory, and Tara Cory. Her first great-grandchild, Clara Routh of McKinney, TX, was born 8 weeks prior to her death. A celebration of life will be held at Willow Lakes Club House on July 14, 2017, 5:00-7:00 p.m. for her Muncie friends. A second celebration will be held at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home, 203 N Washington St., Ladoga, IN on July 15th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with burial in New Ross Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Muncie Mission, 1725 S. Liberty, Muncie, IN  47302 or the Montgomery County Free Clinic, P.O. Box 86, Crawfordsville, IN  47933.
