McNEILL, Cynthia Ann (nee McGregor) Light up the Darkness Cynthia Ann McNeill (née McGregor), called Cindy by her friends and family, Mom by her children and Mumma by her granddaughter, departed her loving family on July 20, 2022. Cindy was born in Garson, Sudbury, on October 26, 1961 to Anja McGregor and Stewart McGregor. She was sister to Christoper McGregor. Cindy was mother to Aimee McMillan and Stuart McMillan; and grandmother to Madeleine Collins. She raised her children with love, strength and independence. She is survived by her children and grandchild; as well as her sister-in-law, Robin McGregor; niece, Stacey McGregor; and nephews, Anthony McGregor and Alex McGregor She will be missed. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mississauga's Ian Anderson House can be made in Cindy's name.
