Cresencia Hernandez, 61, of Fontana, California, passed away on September 9, 2024. She was born on April 25, 1963. Cresencia was known for her infectious smile and kind heart. She will be remembered for her love of music, gardening, and spending time with loved ones. She had a passion for helping others and could often be found volunteering in her community.
