We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Craig "Bubba" Bennett, who was born on May 31, 1969, in Jacksonville, Florida. He left this world on October 16, 2023.

Craig was the cherished son of Thomas Henry Bennett and Brenda Kay Eubanks Bennett. He was a loving brother of James Bennett (Jackie Bennett), DeAnna Bennett Damm (Kevin Damm), Tracie Bennett, Melinda Gilbertsen Bennett (Lee Hefele), William "Buster" Bennett. He was a devoted father to his four children, Amber Bennett, Austin Bennett (McKenzie Bennett), Alexander Bennett, and William Bennett. Craig was also a doting grandfather to five grandchildren Chase, Emmarie, Easton, Drayden, and Graysen. He was also a wonderful uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Craig will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family and his passion for spending quality time with them. He enjoyed attending baseball and football games, cheering on his favorite teams, STL Cardinals, STL Blues and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Craig also had a talent for smoking meats and cooking delicious meals, always ensuring that his loved ones were well-fed and happy.

Craig's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace and may his memories bring comfort to those who mourn his loss. His wings were ready but our hearts were not.
