We are saddened to announce the passing of Corey Dessio, who was born on March 2, 1969, in High Point, North Carolina, United States. He peacefully departed from this world on July 31, 2024.

Corey was the beloved son of Frankie Coleman and Alberta Dessio. He was a loving husband to Sonya Dessio, with whom he shared 29 years of marriage. Corey was a devoted father to his children: Corey, Michael, Nathaniel, Akela, and John. He was also a cherished grandfather to nine grandchildren.

Corey had many hobbies that brought him joy, including gardening, sewing, fishing, bowling, and religious research.

Corey will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
