Constance Sue Moffett, 73Constance Sue Moffett, age 73, of Frisco, Texas, passed away on October 22, 2017. She was born on October 10, 1944, to Lois Bernice (Bengston) and Charles Frank Parrott III in Iowa City, Iowa. She graduated from Clear Creek High School in Cosgrove, Iowa, in 1962, and was married to Joe Lynn Moffett on February 15, 1964, in Iowa City. Constance worked for the CIA and DIA, and later was a logistics specialist for the U.S. Postal Service prior to her retirement. Constance was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was a member of the Women of St. Francis for 13 years where she held office and committee head positions and was recognized as Woman of the Year for her service. She was a member of the National Council of Catholic Women, serving as treasurer at local and state levels. Constance was a volunteer with Clothe-A-Child and with Frisco Family Services. Constance is survived by her husband, Joe Lynn Moffett; children, Jeffrey Moffett and his wife, Michelle, of Frisco, Texas, and Loryssa Howard and her husband, Scott, of Frisco, Texas; grandchildren, Trace Howard, Gage Howard, Zoe Howard, Kayla Moffett, and Maddison Moffett; sisters, Melissa Jerrell of Tucson, Arizona, Debra White of North Liberty, Iowa; and brother, Timothy Parrott of Iowa City, Iowa. Constance was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Mark Parrott. Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Thursday, October 26, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco, with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 8000 Eldorado Parkway, Frisco, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network ( pancan.org), Clothe-A-Child Fund at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Catholic Relief Services, or any charitable fund.
