Connie Mae Neel73, of Greenwood, passed away on September 1, 2017. She was born on October 21,1943 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Presley Delno Carr and Rosita Mary Colvin. Survivors include her loving children, Lisa Conley (Kevin), Raymond Neel, Vickie Strode (Guy), Herbie Neel Jr. (Gina), Jerry Neel (Paula), Ronald Neel (Mary);  29 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her loving husband Herbert Neel and her siblings, Robert Carr, Phylis Colvin, and Tony Colvin.Visitation will be Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN.  Funeral Service will be conducted at Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at New Crown Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Foundation.
