Ortega, Connie G. Consuelo Gamboa Ortega age 75, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday April 29, 2017. Connie was born on November 29, 1941. In Tempe Arizona. She was one of ten children born to Miguel and Maria Gamboa. She had two sons and helped raise other children in her family. She was a homemaker and an excellent cook. She was preceded in death by her husband Manuel O. Ortega. She leaves a large family behind. She was a sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and auntie. Memorial service scheduled for May 12, 2017 10:00 a.m at Messinger Funeral Home 7601 E. Indian School Rd. Scottsdale 85251. Burial is at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery 2033 N. 48th St. Phoenix 85008.
