Climmy M.Johnson died January 16, 2018, of heart failure Married to the late Ethel Johnson for 34 years and survived by their 6 grateful children: Donald Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Carla Jacobs, Michael Johnson, Lisa Porter, and Frank Johnson; Preceded in death by Grandson Timothy Hendrix.

Climmy M. Johnson Was born In Montgomery Alabama but was raised in Rochester New York since the age of 14. A Dedicated Educator, his vocation in public education spanned almost 50 years. He began his teaching career at New York public schools, where he taught Math, and developed Innovative Programs in "Conservation of Natural Resources; Spanish Language and Vocational Education.

In Climmy's retirement, he enjoyed fishing and gardening. A life-long Presbyterian, He and Ethel were members of the Brighton Presbyterian Church in New York.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 27 at 1:00 PM at Brighton Presbyterian Church,1775 East Ave, Rochester New York. A reception will follow.
