On February 22, 1959 the world was blessed with the birth of Clifton Conway Toland. Born in Detroit MI, to the late Willy and Dolly McNulty. Clifton later, educated himself by acquiring a GED, completing high school he then went on to acquire an associate degree. Cliften was a skilled laborer , last employed by “Mark David Steele”. He also had a love for art.

The time has come to go home. On May 28th , 2023 Clifton made his way to glory. Leaving cherished memories with all who loved him leaving behind three brothers, Thomas Harp, Marcus McNulty, Willie McNulty. Two other siblings preceded Clifton in death. Bernie and Brenda. He leaves to cherish a wife Toni Heacox Toland and a loving companion Isis L. Clark. Four children Ila, Clifton Jr. , Anjela and Alea. One grandson, Jonathan, and one granddaughter Ilany. Also left to cherish his memory, special nieces, and nephews Farina, Danielle, Erica, Rodney, Sonia, Dennis , Nija, Heavenly.
