Clifford Denim, 84Clifford Denim, 84, of Delphi, passed away on Dec. 13, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Delphi.Cliff was born on Feb. 7, 1929 in Sneedville, TN to the late Frank and Lou (Wilson) Denim. He attended schools in Sneedville.He married Mollie Collins on Oct. 12, 1951 in Cumberland Gap, TN. She preceded him in death.Mr. Denim retired from the Color Matching and Finish Departments at RCA in Monticello in 1982. He also worked at the Carroll County Council on Aging for several years. He was a member and deacon at the Pittsburg Community Church. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved his children and grandchildren. He was a very kind gentleman who missed his wife so much and it brings comfort to his family that they are together again and thankful they are at peace and with God.He is survived by daughters: Ruby Pearson (husb: Francis) of Lafayette and Linda Freeman (husb: Gary) of Delphi; step-daughter, Georgia Dillingham (husb: Wm Thomas) of Hollow Rock, TN; brother, Lloyd Denim and sisters: Hester Eldridge, Lillie Mae Cowen and Margaret Grissom, all of Tennessee; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded by 3 sisters.Viewing will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Mon., Dec. 16, 2013 at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi with services there on Tues., Dec. 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastors Bill Fields and John Wagner officiating.
