Lighthearted Obituary for Claudia Tovar

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Claudia Tovar, a beloved member of the Santa Fe community. Claudia was born on February 22, 1963, and passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 60.

Claudia was known for her warm smile, infectious laugh, and kind heart. She had a passion for cooking and would often create delicious meals for her family and friends. Her famous enchiladas will be missed by all who had the pleasure of tasting them.

Claudia had a love for life that was unmatched. She enjoyed spending time outside and exploring the beauty of her home state of New Mexico. She often went on long hikes in the mountains with her dog, Daisy. Her adventurous spirit inspired those around her to never take a single moment for granted.

Claudia is survived by her loving husband, Roberto, and their three children, Maria, Antonio, and Juan. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

Although Claudia's passing is a tremendous loss, we take comfort in the memories we shared with her. We will always remember her kindness, her joy for life, and her amazing enchiladas.

In honor of Claudia's life, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
