Cisley Alexander-Fleming, 85, of Troy South Carolina, passed Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Cisley was born to James Alexander, and Beatrice Alexander, February 13, 1932, in Troy, South Carolina.

Cisley graduated from Marlboro County High School in 1949. She married Wilfred Fleming in 1951, and they lived together in Troy. Cisley worked as a housewife.

Cisley is survived by 6 children: Gemma Alexander piper (Jackie Sampson), Michael Fleming (Hollister Fleming), Betty Fleming (Anthony Fleming). She also is survived by 16 grandchildren.
