Our beloved Dad passed away on October 31, 2016. Our Dad loved to surf and is riding the waves in Heaven. Chris was born on February 1, 1980 in Bakersfield. He leaves behind his boys, Ryder and Bracen Bell.The service will be on December 17th at 2 p.m. at 16200 Barton Ln, Bakersfield, CA 93314. He was our hero and always will be. We love you, Dad!
