We are saddened to announce the passing of Christopher Robin Gorby, who departed this world on May 17, 2024, in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Christopher was born on August 24, 1979, in Myrtle Beach, SC, to proud parents Ron Wayne Gorby, of Langville, Ohio, and Lynne S Carleson Costner, of MyrtleBeach, SC. He leaves behind a loving family, including his three children Stephanie Noel LaRue, Landon McClure, and Parker McClure.
Christopher attended Myrtle Beach High School, graduating in 1997. He went on to work in the hospitality industry, where he brightened the days of all those he encountered.
Known for his infectious laughter and quick wit, Christopher had a passion for singing, fishing, and stand-up comedy. He brought joy to all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
