Christine (Chris) Duggins passed away on September 08, 2018, after suffering a stroke.

She was survived by her husband, Richard, all four of her children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Christine was a beloved member of Wilmington, OH for her whole life and a dedicated mother and grandmother. She will always be remembered by the Wilmington Courthouse employees as she worked there for over 30 years. 

There won’t be any services, per her wish, but you may send your condolences to her family and you may donate to the Susan G Komen foundation in her honor.
