Christian Carr, 24, of Spring, Texas, passed on June 29, 2021 after a 6-month battle with cancer Christian was born on October 08, 1996. He is survived by his loving parents, Wesley and Ivonne Carr, his sister, Flavia Carr, his grandfather, Bernardo Aguirre, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Warren and Virginia Carr, and Amelia Aguirre, as well as his cousin Antonio Ramos. 

Christian achieved his dream of attending Rice University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Art in English and Political Science in 2019. He was placed in Duncan College and worked on campus at Rice Housing and Dining during his time there. After graduation, he worked as the Digital Marketing and Database Coordinator for the Houston SPCA. His body was donated to Science Care in hopes of advancing a cure for cancer, and to help others, as was his mission in life. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be designated to the Access, Opportunity & Inclusion Gift Fund at Rice University.
