Chester Wayne Cohen, a long time resident of Texas City, TX, passed away on December 5, 2023, in Houston, TX.

Chester was a loving father, grandfather, brother and the beloved son of Chester L Cohen Sr and Bernice W Sonnier. He leaves behind two loving children, Tamahra Bernice Cohen and Tonya Bell Brightmon, as well as three cherished grandchildren, Keyera Monet Cohen, Kyra Marie Cohen, and Gabrielle Brieanna Brightmon

Chester had a successful career as an Insurance Claims Adjuster. Chester was a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and proudly served in the U.S. Army

Chester will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious smile, and love for life. He had a knack for making everyone around him laugh and feel at ease.

In his memory, let's celebrate Chester's life and the joy he brought to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
