Cheryl J. Bell passed away on April 10, 2013. At the time of her death she was married to Steven G. Bell with whom she spent many happy years. Cheryl was born on October 7, 1948 in Kingsford/Iron Mountain, Michigan, where she grew up and attended school. She moved to Yuma, Arizona in 1980. She became Executive Director of the United Way of Yuma. Later, in 1990, she moved on to become Director of the Volunteer Department of Yuma Regional Medical Center, to which she devoted her time and talents. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Sam Jones, and is survived by her mother, Irene Jones of Michigan; her children, Michelle R. Curcio and Robert E. Steffen; her stepchildren, Jason G. Bell, Amanda L. Skaggs and Alisha M. Bell; and her grandchildren, Mikayla Curcio, Nicolette Curcio, Madison Skaggs and Payton Skaggs. A Memorial Service for Cheryl is scheduled for 2 PM, Saturday, April 27, 2013 at YRMC's Heart Institute Lobby.
