Chernobyl "Cherry" McCain

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chernobyl McCain, a beloved resident of Staten Island. Chernobyl was a vibrant and talented young lady, with a passion for music through God that brought joy to those around her. For years, Chernobyl, or Cherry, played the drums in her home church, St. Phillips Baptist Church. She aspired to attend college at Binghamton, where her parents met. Her nickname "Cherry" not only comes from her birth name, but also is derived from her sweet personality. Her bright smile and infectious laughter will be deeply missed by all. Chernobyl's untimely departure on has left a void in the hearts of their friends and community. She leaves behind her mother, Elysia Williams, alongside her father, James McCain. Her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends mourn her today. May she rest in peace, forever remembered for the light that she brought into the world and left behind.

You can to the family or in memory of Chernobyl McCain.
