She was born on January 20, 1938 to the late Ralph Chapman and Alice Vera Chapman in Rome Georgia, my mother loved her family dearly, she is survived by her daughter Rose Marie Paisant of Burbank California, she leaves to mourn her three granddaugthers Charlise Nicole Williams, Tyesha Marie Williams, and Tyelise Williams, her great grandchildren Da'Veon, Derrick Jr, Devonaire, Za'nyah, Ka'nyah and Janiya, a host of neices and nephews and friends, and Mario Dixon who used to bring her flowers and plants make her smile when she was not at her best. Charlsie leaves to mourn her very best friend Ms. Alma and Ms. Essie and Ms. Barbara.

She is joining her parents Ralph and Alice Vera Chapman, her husband Hudon Williams and her daughter Alice Felicia Williams and her sisters Vivian Chapman Head, Mary Skeet Chapman Jones, and Virginia Chapman Foster and her brother Ralph Edwin Chapman, now they are all together.
