Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth Kleinschmidt, sister and brother in law, Patricia & Audrey Kleinschmidt, brother Roger Langer, and her stillborn sixth child, Joanne.Charlotte loved working outdoors in her garden, whose fruits often were given away, and in her yard, which she kept in beautiful condition. She loved to sing and whistle while she worked which made the chores go by quicker and seem more fun. She was a servant to her Lord and so her prayers were often answered. Charlotte loved word searches, cooking, canning, and baking, and shared her creations with neighbors and friends. She was a talented sewer and made many clothes for her children. She could knit, crochet, play piano, and often, created handmade cards to send. She taught many of these talents to her children and grandchildren. Charlotte had a strong gift of faith, was an active member of her Church, and sang for years with the St. Mary's choir. She could always find time to lend a helping hand to someone in need. She had a countless number of friends, which was continuously growing. Any life she touched was made better for having known her. She will be deeply missed and remain forever in our hearts. A Mass of Christian Burial for Charlotte will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 20th, at Holy Family Parish (St. Mary's Catholic Church), 112 S. Beebe Street, Marshall, WI, with Father Jorge Miramontes presiding. We will pray the Rosary prior to mass. Charlotte's family is deeply grateful for all the love and care extended to her by the staff at Home Helpers and Bella Vista, as well as all others who cared for her so kindly in her last and final hours.
