Charlotte Briana O'Wiley, beloved daughter of David O'Wiley and Janis Hicks, passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 29. She was born on March 7, 1995.

Charlotte was a vibrant soul who brought joy and laughter to all who knew her. She had a passion for painting and drawing, and she was dedicated to her work with her patients. She also loved soaking up the sun and being outdoors, finding peace and serenity in nature.

She is survived by her fiance, Brian Fumo, and leaves behind a legacy of love and creativity. Charlotte had no children, but her impact on those around her was profound.She is also survived by two brothers Dewey O'Wiley and Jaxon Hicks, and one sister, Riyan Hicks.

Her light was extinguished too soon, a candle blown out. Charlotte will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
