Charles Watson was born on March 30,1953 in Seymour, Tx to Jack Weddy Watson & Pauline Asberry Watson. Charles had 3 brothers Billy Watson, Johnny Ray Watson, Frances Perkins , & 1 living sister Judy Lott. Charles attended Seymour Independent School District.

Charles was blessed with 5 children Chester, Charles Jr. (deceased) Mona & Stephanie Watson (Banks) and son Dezion Benton. Charles was employed at the Seymour Compress where he worked for years. He then moved to Wichita Falls, Tx where he worked for Wichita and Budget furniture where he was a dedicated employee. He was most recently an employee at the Beacon Lighthouse Commission for the Blind where everyone enjoyed being around him.

Charles leaves his two grandkids Stephon Hardamon & Shanquille Watson and he also has 4 1/2 great grandchildren Terrence, Ty’Son, Ty’Rion ,& Tia’hna Hardamon. Charles joined Greater Miracle COGIC where he was under the leadership of Bishop AJ Ailey.
