Charles Jones, 77, of Lockport, New York, passed Monday, November 26, 2018. Charles was born to Clarence Jones, and Gloria, March 05, 1941 in Lockport, New York.

Charles graduated from Lockport Central in 1960 and received a degree from Bryant and Stratton in 1965. He married Katherine Sailor-Jones in 1959, and they lived together in Lockport. Charles worked in the construction business until he retired in 1996.

Charles loved to go fishing and loved the Christmas season. He enjoyed singing Christmas songs and he held a Christmas Dinner every year for the less fortunate.He loved to spend the weekends with his grandchildren. He used to gather them all at the house and play games with them and watch movies.

He nevertheless allowed his health issues to get in the way of living his life. He lived his life greatly and without regret. This man loved to work hard and provide for his family. He will be greatly missed.

Charles is survived by 11 children: Theresa Simms (Anthony Simms), Clearance Jones (Marie Jones ), Lila Lewis (Steven Lewis), Charles Jones, Courtney, Corey, Matthew, Dominique, Joi, Charles - Richard, and Zachery. He also is survived by 6 grandchildren.
