Charles Norman Wilcox (Charlie) passed away July 22, 2020 with his loving wife Barbara and Children by his side. He was born on July 8, 1940 in Pittsfield, MA. He was the beloved son of the late Emma (Dubiski) and Charles N. Wilcox. 

             Charles spent most of his younger years growing up in Pittsfield, MA and attended Pittsfield High School. His career consisted of many trades that led to his passion of being a heat treater and builder. He was employed by International Wood Shutters until his retirement 2002.

            He married his loving wife, the former Barbara French, on June 3,1978. During their marriage they moved to Florida, where they raised their family. Charles was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his family.  He also had a passion for  buying, restoring and selling cars.

             Charles is survived by his devoted wife Barbara of 42 years, his loving children sons Richard of Pittsfield, MA, Charles and Duane of Homosassa, FL and daughter Lisa Stanchi (Chris) of Spring Hill, FL. Sisters Doris Beaureguard of Putnam, CT, Joan Thurston (Norman) of Cheshire, MA, Emma Bushey of Pittsfield, MA and brother Robert Wilcox (Isia) of Millbury, MA. Grandchildren Paul, Breanna, Tatiana, Dillon, Sabrina and Charles. Along with several great grandchildren.    

            He was predeceased by his Parents, daughter Julie Johnson and sister Carolyn Murphy.

             A celebration of life will be held at a later date determined by the family. In his memory donations can be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
