Schueller, Charles J. "Chuck"Charles J. "Chuck" Schueller, 77, Marshfield, passed away with family by his side on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at House of the Dove, Marshfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield, where the visitation will be from 8:30 am on Thursday until service time. Rev. Samuel Martin will officiate. Burial will take place in Hillside Cemetery. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Chuck was born on November 7, 1939 in Marshfield, to Joseph and Dorothy (Regele) Schueller and was a 1958 graduate of Columbus High School. He married Delores I. Roehl on December 30, 1961 at Our Lady of Peace in Marshfield and they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary in December 2016. After his education Chuck was employed at Rollohome in Marshfield for six months and then joined the Army Reserves. Later he worked at Felker Brothers Manufacturing for 40 years until retiring in 1998. Chuck was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, the Boilermaker's Union Local 697, The Knights of Columbus John Eisen Council 1799 and the Central Wisconsin Sportsman's Club. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and playing softball. In his early years, he went fishing on the Willow Flowage and later spent a lot of time at Lake Holcombe. He also enjoyed Canada fishing trips, hunting out west and at the Owl City. Chuck loved getting together with his family - children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and going to their many sports games. He enjoyed having several dogs throughout his life and liked to relax at times with family and friends and have a drink on the deck. Chuck is survived by his wife, Delores and their children, Brian Schueller of Appleton and Linda Weber (Scott Kollmansburger) of Marshfield. He is also survived by grandchildren, Nikki (Josh) Bargander of Edgar and Aaron Weber of Menomonie and great grandchildren, Kaden, Brynlee and Harper Bargander of Edgar. He is further survived by a sister, Arvilla Mathews of Wisconsin Rapids and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Vivian Zemke of Milwaukee, Arvella (Gerald) Bores of Rozellville, Everett (Dolores) Roehl of Marshfield, Kenneth Roehl of Marshfield, Harlyn Roehl of Middleville, Michigan, and Dinah (Jack) Holland of Marshfield and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, his sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Clarence Guenther, his brother, Sylvester, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Glen and Naomi Roehl and his brother-in-law, Herman Zemke.
