Charles Washington , 73, of Los Angeles, California, passed on August 16, 2023. Charles was born on January 01, 1950.(MR. Charlie Chang) in Jackson, Mississippi to Jerry & Lorene Washington. Isaac was the 4th child born to this union. Isaac went to Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary, and was a very bright child, Craftsman Jr. High where he learn Auto Mechanic, and Jefferson High and continued to work on cars. After his graduation from high school Isaac enlisted into the United States Army and received his Honorary Discharge. When Isaac left the Army he relocated to Los Angeles, Ca where he met and married His Love Brenda Bradford now Mrs. Brenda Dixon, to this union there were 6 children. Darcel, Chiqueta, Mike, Cedrick , Tyrone, and Sheila. When Isaac came to Los Angeles his first job was for Waist Management her would pick up Brenda’s garbage and he wasn’t her trash man. Isaac loved doing any and everything to provide for his family. He retired from Delta Airlines where he worked for 20yrs. Isaac enjoy fishing and playing Spades. His nick name was Charlie Chang because when he came he always had his cooler with Hennessy and 7-up. He was proceeded in death by his parents Jerry& Lorene Washington,some Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Children, & Friends. He leaves to Cherish his wife Brenda F Washington his Daughter his Sons, his 30 Grandchildren, his 36 Great Grandchildren a host of Family & Fiends
