Charles "Geno" Burkhard Jr., born on August 8, 1967, peacefully passed away on April 8, 2026 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, United States. He was the beloved son of Charles "Geno" Burkhard Sr. and Patricia Burkhard, whom preceded him in death. Charles leaves behind a loving family, including his two children, Chucky and Robin. Charles was a hardworking Labor Union Worker who dedicated his life to providing for his family. In his free time, he enjoyed searching for collectibles and antiques, as well as fishing. He will be remembered fondly by his family and friends, as well as his 8 grandchildren; Vincent, Bridgette, J.R., Kaytlynn, Keirsten, Madi, Joey, and Bella; whom he adored. Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A member of St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held privately, the Rev. George M. Gulash. Private committal St. Anthony’s Cemetery. Friends and family received Wednesday, from 4 to 8pm at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street.
