Charles Deangelo Orr,  Son of the late William Orr and Diane Orr was born December 27, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended the Sollers Point High School located in Dundalk Maryland. At an early age he discovered his passion for cooking and baking all kinds of delicious meals. He was very dedicated in doing so in his very own home. Every holiday and birthday he went out of his way to make sure he put a smile on each and every one of his loved ones faces.

He was a very known man. Everyone loved his personality. So kind hearted. Family and friends filled his home every Sunday for dinner. They would also make sure to take a to go plate, which he would refer to as free load”. He always kept you laughing with that same ol saying. His influence will remain in the lives of all who knew him.

He peacefully departed his life on Oct 8, 2019 at the Towson's location, Gilchrist Center. He was preceded in death by his Wife Robin Orr and his brother Chauncey Orr. His life will be cherished in the lives of his one and only daughter India Orr, (step son) Randy Jones, One grand-daughter Precious Torres, his sister Sarah Yancey (brother in law) Orlando Yancey, his best friend Burt Stockington and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
