Charles James Sr. passed away on September 15, 2025, in Houston, Texas, United States. He was born on March 12, 1955, to Edward and Fannie James.

Charles was a loving father to his eight children: Carlette Woods, Charles James Jr., Tammy James, Roshelle James, Christopher Moore, Kidra Moore, Chadrick Banks, and Shantreal Banks. He was also a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren.

Charles served in the Navy, where he dedicated his life to serving his country. He will be remembered for his bravery, dedication, and strong work ethic.
