Charles was a beloved member of the community, known for his kind heart and infectious smile. Charles leaves behind a wife Carmen Lockett, and one son Paul Andrew Lockett. He was a dedicated worker, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Charles had a passion for music and could often be found playing his guitar and singing for friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace, knowing he was loved and cherished by many.
