Charlene Napier, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on July 28, 2025, in Springfield, Illinois. She was born on August 7, 1954, to Ray and Ann Lewis.

Charlene married the love of her life, Ron Napier, in 1981, and together they raised a wonderful daughter, Desirea Napier. She adored her family and took great joy in spending time with them, especially her two grandchildren.

Charlene was a graduate of Lakeview High School, class of 1973, where she made many lasting friendships. She had a green thumb and could often be found tending to her beautiful garden, which brought her immense happiness.

Charlene will be remembered for her kindness, her infectious laughter, and her unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
