It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Charlene Otto, born on July 16, 1986, and departed from this world on September 1, 2023. Charlene was a cherished resident of Potters Village, Saint John, Antigua and Barbuda.

Charlene brought immense joy and light into the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. With her infectious smile and kind heart, she touched the lives of many. Her presence was a source of comfort and solace for those in need, and her compassion knew no bounds.

Charlene was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She approached life with an unwavering zest and an indomitable spirit.
