Chanel Dean, aged 42, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, United States, passed away on February 8, 2026. Born on February 4, 1984, Chanel was the beloved daughter of Darell Dean and Tracey Smith.

Chanel is survived by her partner, Samuel Wendell, and their two children, Jada Garris and Samuel Wendell Jr. She also leaves behind her loving family and friends, as well as one cherished grandchild.

Chanel attended Linden High School and graduated in 2000. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family.
